Paris & Lily provides free shipping on all US domestic orders using a trackable shipper such as Fedex. Should you need your item (s) by a certain date, please contact jodell@parisandlily to discuss expedited shipping.

Return Policy

Paris & Lily jewelry is made by hand and, as such, will bear “imperfections” which are the evidence of hand-workmanship and something we are proud of.

We will gladly accept your return for full credit of your purchase price, subject to the following provisions. All returns must:

• Be received within 14 days of receipt of your purchase

• Be in the same condition as when it was received

• Be approved by email to jodell@parisandlily.com

• Be shipped at the Customer’s expense, via a trackable delivery service and insured at full retail value; customer is fully responsible for the product until the point that it is received by Paris & Lily.

• Be packed properly in order to avoid loss or damage; customer is responsible for the condition of the goods as received by Paris & Lily.
